Our smart lock, TE217, supports connectivity to a 2.4GHz network and should be within 10 meters of your router for optimal performance. It works well with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant devices, but currently does not support Apple HomeKit, IFFFT, or Matter.

If the batteries are completely drained, you'll be alerted when the power drops below 20%. You can use the emergency Type-C port for a quick charge, but we recommend replacing the 4AA lithium batteries as soon as possible. Additionally, we provide two mechanical keys for emergency access.

Your data is securely stored in US-based Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, with AES256 and SSL providing bank-grade encryption. The installation prerequisites for the door include a thickness between 1-3/8" to 2" (35mm to 50mm) and a door hole between 1-1/2" or 2-1/8" (38mm to 54mm).
