Log into your August Home account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the RMA process.
Prepare the Package
Safely pack your device in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, batteries, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the exterior of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
